Over the past two decades, numerous countries and cities have adopted body-worn camera (BWC) requirements for some or all of their police officers. The primary motivation is to discourage misconduct by creating evidence of any inappropriate behavior.
Libertarian Land would have far fewer prisons / prisoners than modern society. Because many current laws would not exist (e.g., drug prohibition). But I would not focus on abolishing prisons as the starting principle; instead, I would ask which laws should actually be laws..
